Straight answers before the truck arrives
If your item involves chemicals, refrigerants, batteries, pests, vehicles, or unknown material, call so the team can confirm the right next step.
How does junk removal work?+
Choose a time to discuss the job. The crew arrives, assesses the approved items and access, and gives a firm quote. If you approve it, the agreed lifting and loading can begin.
How is the price calculated?+
Standard pricing is based on truck volume. The published minimum is $147, and a full truck is listed at 15 cubic yards. Dense or special material and difficult access can change the plan.
Do I need to move items to the curb?+
No. Full-service removal means the crew can carry approved items from their current location. Clear personal items and identify anything that must stay.
What items do you take?+
Common loads include furniture, appliances, mattresses, household clutter, office furniture, yard debris, and approved renovation debris. Acceptance depends on condition and disposal requirements.
What should I separate?+
Keep paint, chemicals, fuels, batteries, medical waste, unknown containers, and other hazardous material out of the ordinary junk pile. Disclose electronics, refrigerant appliances, pests, mold, and very dense debris.
Do you serve my city?+
The site lists communities across San Bernardino and Riverside counties. Call (909) 365-5950 to confirm your exact address and current schedule.
Can I book online?+
